Downtown Beantown Construction

I came across this really interesting building that's going up along Boston's waterfront. They are basically building a skyscraper on top of some old red-brick warehouses.

It's amazing that the older buildings aren't crumbling underneath the new construction, but the new building is sort of sitting on stilts that run down between the older buildings.
